Hi friends today lets see how to make aatu thala kari kulambu
Ingredients
Ginger garlic paste
Mint coriander onion paste
Turmeric
Chilly powder
Mutton masala
Salt
Tomato
Tamarind
Oil
Curry leaves
Sombu
Cinnamon
Cloves

First cook the meat after washing it well in a pressure cooker with ginger garlic paste and mint coriander and small onion paste.

let it cook for atleast 6-7 whistles as red meats are hard to cook.
once cooked open the cooker and add turmeric, chilly powder and salt. allow the mixture to boil well.
Now squeeze a medium sized tomato into the mixture. let it boil.add mutton masala to it and let it cook for 2 mins. check for taste and adjust salt and spice now.
once it cooks well add tamarind juice to the mixture and boil for 2 mins.

now in a separate pan add oil and saute cloves, cinnamon and sombu.then add finely chopped onion and curry leave. pour the mixture into the curry and turn off the stove. delicious thalakari kulambu is ready.
