Palak Paneer | Spinach Paneer curry | Paneer gravy

Hello friends,
Todays recipe is Palak Paneer. This is one of the most famous of Paneer dishes. so let get started with the recipe.
Ingredients:
Paneer
Palak (Spinach)
Green chilly
Ginger
Garlic
Cumin seeds
Fennel seeds
Onion
Tomato
Turmeric powder
Chilly Powder
Garam Masala
Coriander Powder
Salt
Butter

Lets start by blanching the spinach in boiling water. this helps to get a rich green colour of the curry.
Once blanched let it cool.
Add the spinach along with green chilly,ginger and garlic to a blender and blend it into a smooth mixture.
In a pan add 1 tbsp butter.
Once the butter is melted add cumin and fennel seeds.
Then add 1 onion that is finely chopped and saute well.
Once the onions become transparent add chopped Tomato and saute well.
Add chilly,turmeric,coriander and garam masala and saute them.
Add the palak mixture and let it simmer for 10 mins.
Add Salt to taste.
Finally add paneer and let it cook for 7-10 mins in medium heat.
Serve hot and enjoy the curry.
