Paneer fried rice | variety rice | Kids special

Hello friends,
in todays video we are going to see how to make this restaurant style fried rice. this dish is a sure hit with kids even for picky eaters. So lets start with the recipe.

Ingredients:
Paneer 150g
Basmati rice 1 1/2 cup
oil
Ginger 1tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Carrot 1/2 cup
Beans 1/2 cup
Corn 1/4 cup
Soy sauce
Chilly sauce
Chilly powder
Garam masala
Salt
Pepper
Spring onion

To sart with soak the rice for 20 min and boil them and strain it.
Set aside for the rice to cool.
To the paneer add salt,chilly powder and garam masala and mix well.
In a big kadaai or wok, add oil and fry the marinated paneer till they become golden brown.
Remove them from oil and set aside.
To the same pan ass chopped ginger garlic and saute them till the raw smell is gone.
Add chopped vegetables and saute them well.
Add little salt to the vegetables and let it cook for 10 mins.
Once cooked add the sauces and saute for a minute.
Now add cooked rice and mix well.
Add ground peppers and check for salt and adjust to taste.
Finally add the paneer pieces in and mix well.
Our paneer fried rice is ready. Top it of with some fresh spring onion greens.
