Ingredients:
Chicken 2 legs
Curd 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chilly Powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masal 1 tsp
Methi leaves
Salt
Lemon juice
Oil

Ingredients:
Chicken 2 legs
Curd 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Chilly Powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masal 1 tsp
Methi leaves
Salt
Lemon juice
Oil
Lets cook:
- Clean the chicken and remove the skin.
- Make slits till the bone on the chicken for the masalas to marinate.
- In a bowl add curd and whisk to form a smooth cream like texture.
- Add all the ingredients to the curd except for oil and mix into a smooth paste.
- Add chicken and marinate it for atleast 4-6 hours. best if left for overnight.
- Pre-heat the oven for 400 F.
- Add the marinated chicken to the grill pan and add oil to both sides of the chicken.
- Cook the Chicken for 30-35 min at 400 F
- Take them out and flip them in midway.
- Once cooked, slightly roast them in a tawa for 2-3 mins to get the charred effect.
- Serve hot with a side of Mint chutney.
