Paneer Paratha | Mughalai Paratha

Hello Friends,Today we are going to see how to make this Mughalai Dish Called Paneer Paratha.

Lets start with Ingredients to make this dish.



For Stuffing:

Paneer - 200gms

Onion 1

Ginger

Garlic

Salt

Coriander Powder

Chilly Powder

Garam Masala

Fresh Coriander leaves

Lemon Juice

Oil



For Dough:

Wheat flour 11/2 cup

salt

oil

water



Lets start with kneading the dough. Make a soft dough and let it sit for atleast 10 mins.

For the stuffings, in a pan add a tbsp of oil and pan fry onions.

Once the onions are transparent, add finely chopped ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell is gone.

Then add the following masalas.

turmeric 1/2 tsp

chilly powder 2tbsp

coriander powder 1tbsp

garam masala 1/2 tsp

salt

Saute untill the masala is cooked well.

Add 200gms of grated paneer and let it cook for 5-8 mins.

Our stuffing id ready.

Let roll out the paratha.

Roll out a small ball of dough and add the stuffing and seal it.

Now roll the stuffed dough into a paratha.

Cook on a tawa on a medium flame until both sides are cooked properly.
